The project aims to establish the principles of representing stakeholders’ judgements of benefit “worth” in financial terms and to successfully translate these principles into a Benefits Quantification Method that integrates with the Benefits Realisation (BeReal) model to provide a characterisation of ongoing programme or project performance.
